Camila Manero Born in Mexico City in 1968, Of charismatic personality and passionate about dance, architecture, painting and photography. Studied fashion design at the Jeanette Klein School of haute couture , flamenco dance in the city of Madrid at the Love of God center, contemporary dance with the french Ballet company: Ballet Theatre of Space. Photography at the photographic center Saul Serrano, and the active school of mexican photography. art history at the ITAM university . Self lerner in visual and digital techniques. Ventured into arts as a dancer and promoter of independent dance companies at the same time; She complemented her dance studies with fashion design apparel for some dance companies and independent theater, as well as her own company , which she directed for 3 years. Always willing and open to knowledge, her passion for dance opened new expressive possibilities and hence venture into photography. Developing her concern to promote dance through the lens, images that could transmit that passion. So she could preserve and share records as an evidence in her search of an artistic personal development. Being studying photography its commitment as an artist and the boost to know more about authors and personalities of the arts world , mostly pictorial, architectural and sculptural, Art History opened her new sources of understanding for its own development taking resources, techniques and styles of other authors, in to finding her own. Constructing textured images, fill with subtle emotion and dramatic managment of color , using different subjects and abstract concepts. she experiences and expresses the creative use of mergers and alternative techniques; her photographic work contains different treatments both analog and digital, where the contrast, shape and color seduction are translated to express her own original perception of the aesthetic and artistic beauty she finds in every form.Giving life to characters in her own culture as well as inanimate objects or natural resources of experiences gained through countless trips, she expands the meaning of ordinary frames to make enriched images filled with feeling, expression, movement, shape and energy. Integrating them in a pictoric way , so that her work and her photographic proposal have transited through endless facets, trends and styles, enriching her growth as an author as well as a plastic artist. finding her biggest and most pleasant expression in the abstract and or conceptual art, giving great freedom to manifest herself as an avant-garde photographer that mergers visual concepts with visual treatments and alternatives tools. each of her constructed images in to series thoroughly prepared, take their own course, projecting their own language; nurturing and channelled through different concepts filled with creativity.

camila manero Nació en la ciudad de México en 1968, de carismática personalidad y apasionada por la danza, la arquitectura, la pintura y la fotografía. estudio diseño de modas en la Escuela de alta costura Jeanette Klein, danza flamenca en la cuidad de Madrid en el centro Amor de Dios, danza contemporánea con la compañía Ballet teatro del Espacio, fotografía en el centro fotográfico Saúl Serrano, la escuela activa de fotografía e historia del arte en el ITAM. auto didacta en técnicas visuales y digitales. incursiono en el arte como bailarina y promotora de compañías independientes de danza al mismo tiempo que fue bailaora profesional de flamenco. complemento sus estudios de danza con el diseño de modas donde efectuó el diseño de vestuario para algunas compañías de danza y teatro así como la suya propia, la cual dirigió por 3 años. siempre dispuesta y abierta al conocimiento, su pasión por la danza le abrió nuevas posibilidades expresivas de ahí que incursiono en la fotografía. desarrollando su inquietud por promover la danza a través de la lente, imágenes que pudieran transmitir esa pasión. pudiéndolas conservar y compartir como testimonios de una búsqueda y de un desarrollo artístico. Al estar estudiando fotografía su compromiso como artista la impulso a conocer mas sobre autores y personalidades del ámbito artístico en su mayoría del mundo pictórico , arquitectónico y escultórico; por lo que el diplomado en Historia del arte le abrió nuevas fuentes de entendimiento para su propio desarrollo, tomando recursos, técnicas y estilos de otros autores; encontrando así el suyo propio. se encuentra completamente atraída por el arte conceptual abstracto mismo que experimenta en el lenguaje creativo que manifiesta al utilizar fusiones y técnicas alternativas; su obra fotográfica contiene diferentes tratamientos tanto químicos como digitales donde el contraste, la forma y la seducción del color se plasman para expresar su propia y original percepción de la estética y la belleza artística. Dándole vida a personajes de su propia cultura así como también a objetos inanimados o bien recursos naturales de experiencias logradas a través de innumerables viajes, expande el significado de encuadres ordinarios para convertirlos en imágenes enriquecidas llenas de sentimiento, expresión , movimiento, forma y energía. integrándolas de una manera plástica, de tal modo que su obra y su propuesta fotografica, han transitado a lo largo de interminables experiencias , facetas, tendencias y estilos, enriqueciendo su crecimiento como autora y como artista plastica. Sobresaliendo su mayor y màs placentera expresiòn en el arte conceptual abstracto; dándose gran libertad para manifestarse como una fotógrafa de conceptos vanguardistas y fusiones visuales, con mas experiencia y entregada a su desarrollo como fotografa , recurre a diferentes temáticas, tratamientos y alternativas visuales para que cada una de sus series minuciosamente elaboradas tomen su propio rumbo, proyecten su propio lenguaje; nutriéndose y canalizándose a través de diferentes conceptos llenos de creatividad.
